CTDOT is hosting a series of meet-and-greets to incorporate our thoughts into their 2027–2030 Rail Plan.
The aim of this plan is to establish a clear vision for freight and passenger rail in Connecticut by identifying areas of need as well as potential opportunities.
If you’re subscribed to TrainTime, you are already aware of the transformative possibilities afforded by efficient train service. When it comes to commercial and cultural development, few mobility strategies are better than steel wheels on steel rails. That’s why it’s so important that people like you show up to these meetings to share your thoughts—otherwise, we’re stuck with the same outdated transportation policies that many of us are so fed up with.
